Recently, a local Orange County family (Martin Lopez & Maria Ruiz) went through a wearisome spell due to the long-term hospitalization of their two year old son, Martin Jr.

The staff at the Orange County Ronald McDonald House got a visit recently from a very special little guest. With a huge smile on her face, four year old Faith Greene… who has Down syndrome and a congenital heart defect… walked into the House to deliver hugs & a check for $400.
